Eight years after the first release of ESApro V7, Esain will end the support to such version starting from next September. This decision has become necessary also because Microsoft has ended the support of SQL Server 2005 and more recently of Windows 7 too. We therefore invite all customers to migrate to ESApro V8 which fully supports the present operating systems, databases and CAD engines .

We work daily to make our products increasingly flexible and to simplify the management of more complex industrial processes.

Here are the new features introduced:

• Calculation of the center of gravity: The new functionality allows you to calculate the center of gravity of skids or parts of plant directly from the Tools panel, guaranteeing simplicity and immediacy in transport and assembly planning.

• BIM interface improvement: ESApro, through BricsCAD, exports 3D models in IFC format and, through a dedicated interface, allows you to associate BIM families with model data, ensuring maximum compatibility with the main civil design softwares on the market .
• Enhancement of material list extraction functionality: The new interface is easier to use and give more efficiency to the creation of the material list.
