ESApro Hook-up is
made for the computation of material lists
related to the connections of instruments
to pipelines and equipment.
The program works
on the project database pre-fed by
ESApro
P&ID. It creates the link between the
records of the instrumentation database,
which represent the instruments existing
in the various P&I diagrams, and their standard of connection picked up from the
suitable library.
Once this
operation has been done the program
generates the material lists according to
the user's customizable
reports.
The environment
needs to be arranged in advance by filling
in the library with the drawings of the
connection standards and their related
material lists.
The operator can
use either his own standards autonomously
created or otherwise a driven procedure is
available for the generation of the
standards in the AutoCAD environment.
The database of
the hook-up components, the hook-up
library and the list templates are fully
customizable.
